By moving, adding and personalizing modules.
You can drag and and drop to rearrange.
You can edit modules to customize them.
The left side has modules you can add!
Some modules you can only access when you get a subscription.
Some modules have options that are only available when you get a subscription.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

My reasons , more or less, went like that: My parents found this site, which wasn't something I wanted. EVER. I got bored and found da unamusing. As well as I don't really have time nor will power for having internet life. I had unpleasant situation during this summer with people from da whom I met in real life, it made me think in fact, that da is unamusing. I had nervous breakdown.
I blame most of that on the latter, but I feel much better now, not being part of da anymore. As well as any of the internet communities. And hell, I don't regret it even a bit (exept for lj, where I moved, but it's mostly for people who know me in real life). Still if you want to see my pictures, you can check my lj from time to time (it's knp01, just comment, so I can add you to my friends).
oh, and please, don't think after eading this comment, I'm a moody bitch or something (I have this feeling reading it by myself, but I don't really know how to use better phrasing ... dang :/
